| Project Description | : | Uniworld City, Ambala City is an upcoming premium residential location, being developed over 60 acres of land in Sector 16, Ambala City. The Uniworld City has excellent connectivity from National Highway-44, new bypass of Ambala City on Manakpur road and the Sector Roads.
License to develop the Uniworld City Residential Plotted Colony over 60 acres of land was granted by the Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana, vide License No. 01 of 2011 dated 06.01.2011, which was valid up to 05.01.2026. Further, application for renewal of license from 06.01.2026 to 05.01.2029, along with requisite license renewal fees, has been submitted to DTCP on 04.11.2025. The project comprises of a total 416 Residential Plots, out of which 88 Plots have already been sold as Plots. Further, a total of 288 Floors are under construction on 96 Plots. All the requisite statutory approvals, like Environmental Clearance (EC), Consent to Establish (CTE), Service Plan Estimates etc. are already in place and the Infrastructure Development Works are under execution in full swing, which are expected to be completed by 31.12.2026 in all respects.
Once the Infrastructure Development Works are completed in the project, Unitech will apply for obtaining Part Completion Certificate from the Competent Authority. Notes
- The notified rates (per square yard) are inclusive of IDC/EDC charges. However, the Club Membership Registration Charges, Interest Free Maintenance Security(IFMS) charges and other services and facilities like water, sewer, storm water and electricity connection charges are to be borne and paid separately by the allottee.
- Stamp Duty and registration charges, as per actuals, at the time of execution of conveyance deed would be borne by the allottee.
